Irish International Triathlete


I am Erin McConnell, Irish international triathlete. 


My journey into triathlon began in 2016, following years of competing for Ulster and Ireland in swimming. In 2017, I proudly represented Ireland in my first junior European cup and continued to progress to compete at the European and World levels.


I hold a degree in BSc Sport and Exercise Science, which enhances my understanding of the physical demands of my sport.


As the Irish national champion and currently ranked as Ireland's top female triathlete, my core values include a positive mental attitude and an unwavering work ethic, propelling me to strive for improvement every day. Through these values, I aspire to inspire others to become the best versions of themselves, regardless of their backgrounds or pursuits. 


I'm a young and determined athlete with the potential to reach the pinnacle of the sport. My goal isn't just to compete with the best; it's to become the best.

Formed in 2021 by Sonya McAleer, an equestrian coach and showjumper. IEMHP is registered charity formed by equestrians but is open to everyone throughout Ireland.

Offering in house free counselling services, in person and virtual workshops on a range of topics. The aim of the charity is to provide support to all for building good mental wellbeing and resilience.

Cuan Ice Baths 

Established in 2023 and based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Cuan Ice baths are dedicated to helping you improve your health and wellbeing through the power of cold-water immersion. We understand that the practice of cold-water immersion can seem daunting and uncomfortable at first. However, we believe that with the right guidance and support, anyone can learn to embrace this powerful tool for physical and mental resilience.
